The FANUC M-2000iA/900L with R-30iB Plus controller is a super heavy-payload 6-axis industrial robot designed for extremely large material handling applications requiring long reach, high lifting capacity, and exceptional motion stability. With a payload capacity of 900 kg and an extended horizontal reach of 4683 mm, the M-2000iA/900L is one of the highest-reach heavy-duty robots in the FANUC range.
This long-arm robot is engineered for demanding industrial operations such as automotive body handling, heavy machinery manufacturing, large casting manipulation, palletizing, structural assembly, and industrial logistics automation. Its enormous vertical lifting stroke of approximately 6200 mm allows the robot to replace cranes, lifters, and multiple robotic systems in large manufacturing environments.
Combined with the FANUC R-30iB Plus controller, the system delivers advanced motion control, fast processing capabilities, intelligent diagnostics, predictive maintenance functions, and Industry 4.0 connectivity. The controller supports FANUC smart technologies such as iRVision, ROBOGUIDE simulation, and Dual Check Safety (DCS).
