The FANUC M-1000iA with R-30iB Plus controller is an ultra heavy-payload 6-axis industrial robot engineered for large-scale material handling, automotive manufacturing, EV battery handling, heavy assembly, and demanding automation environments. With an extraordinary payload capacity of 1000 kg and a maximum reach of 3253 mm, the M-1000iA is one of the most powerful serial-link industrial robots available in the FANUC range.
Unlike conventional heavy-payload robots that use a parallel-link structure, the FANUC M-1000iA features an advanced serial-link mechanism. This design allows the robot arm to move vertically, rotate backward, and operate above the robot body, providing a significantly larger working envelope and superior flexibility for complex industrial layouts and confined automation cells.
Powered by the FANUC R-30iB Plus controller, the system delivers fast processing speed, advanced motion control, intelligent diagnostics, high-speed communication, and seamless integration into Industry 4.0 manufacturing systems. The controller also supports FANUC technologies such as iRVision, ROBOGUIDE, and Dual Check Safety (DCS).
