ABB IRB 365 FLEXPICKER 1.5/1300

Robot details

The ABB IRB 365 FLEXPICKER® 1.5/1300 (5‑axis) is a compact, ultra‑high‑speed delta robot designed for precision pick & place applications that require orientation control in addition to fast positioning. Part of ABB’s proven FLEXPICKER® family, this model combines lightweight payload handling, extended working area, and rotational flexibility for demanding packaging and handling environments.

With a maximum payload of 1.5 kg and a large working diameter of 1,300 mm, the IRB 365 1.5/1300 is ideal for lightweight products handled over wide conveyor systems. The 5‑axis configuration adds an extra rotational degree of freedom, enabling the robot to rotate and orient products in‑flight, significantly increasing application flexibility compared to standard 4‑axis delta robots.

Its parallel kinematic (delta) design ensures extremely high acceleration, short cycle times, and smooth, repeatable motion even in continuous 24/7 operation. The robot is designed for overhead (ceiling) mounting, keeping conveyors and equipment unobstructed and allowing optimized cell layouts.

Powered by the ABB IRC5 controller and fully compatible with ABB PickMaster® software, the IRB 365 FLEXPICKER® supports advanced vision‑guided picking, conveyor tracking, and synchronized multi‑robot systems.

The ABB IRB 365 FLEXPICKER® 1.5/1300 (5‑axis) is an ideal solution for manufacturers who need high‑speed automation with precise product orientation and extended reach.
